Celebrate one of the greatest moments in Chelsea history with this Didier Drogba signed football photograph, capturing his iconic celebration during the unforgettable 2012 UEFA Champions League Final against Bayern Munich.
This 16 x 12 inch (approximately 40 x 30 cm) photograph has been personally signed by Didier Drogba and shows the Chelsea legend celebrating after scoring the dramatic equaliser in the Champions League Final.
Chelsea faced Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena on 19 May 2012, with the German side effectively playing the final in their own stadium. After Bayern took the lead in the 83rd minute, Chelsea needed a response – and Drogba delivered.
In the 88th minute, Drogba powered Juan Mata’s corner into the net with a brilliant header to make it 1-1 and force the match into extra time. The photograph captures his famous knee-slide celebration following that crucial goal.
After the match remained level through extra time, the Champions League trophy was decided by a penalty shootout. With Chelsea leading 4-3 and needing one final penalty to make history, Drogba stepped forward and calmly converted the decisive spot kick.
Chelsea were European champions for the first time.
Drogba was named Man of the Match after a performance that became the defining chapter of his Chelsea career. Already a club legend, his equalising goal and winning penalty in Munich ensured his place forever in Chelsea history.
Personally signed directly across the photograph, this piece combines Drogba’s autograph with an image from arguably the most important night in the club’s history.
Whether you are looking for a Didier Drogba signed Chelsea photo, 2012 Champions League Final memorabilia or a special football gift, this signed photograph is a standout collectible celebrating one of Chelsea’s greatest ever players.
This photograph was personally signed by Didier Drogba in Ivory Coast in April 2026. It comes with a Certificate of Authenticity including photographic proof from the signing.

Need help verifying an item or would you like additional information? Feel free to contact us.
Often, yes. Shirts signed at our own private signing sessions come with a signing photo, and many other pieces include photographic proof of the signature. Where that proof exists it is listed with the product or sent with your order, and if you cannot see it on the page you are welcome to ask us for it before you buy.
We sell signed club and national team shirts spanning the 1980s to the present, alongside signed boots and signed photos. Some are official retro or officially licensed replica shirts and others are current-season shirts — the exact type is named in each product’s title and description, so you always know what you are buying. What is the same on every piece is the signature: hand-signed in person and certified.
The price follows the piece rather than a fixed rate. The player, the era, how rare the shirt is and how the signature was obtained all move it, and framed pieces cost more than loose shirts because of the frame itself and the secure packaging they need. Certification plays a part as well: third-party authentication by a house such as Beckett or PSA/DNA is a separate process from our own in-house certificate.
We sell them as collectibles, not as financial products, so we make no promise about what a shirt will be worth later. What we can say is that collectors look for exactly what we document on every piece: a genuine hand-signed shirt, a Certificate of Authenticity, a serial number that can be checked, and a signing photo or third-party authentication where one exists.
Yes — tell us the player, the club and the season you are after and we will let you know what we have. Our stock changes regularly and we arrange our own private signing sessions, so a piece that is not on the site today may still be possible. Send us the request and we will come back to you.
Yes. Every signed item is sold with a Certificate of Authenticity, usually carrying a unique serial number attached to the shirt, an additional certificate, or both. The certificate is issued either in-house by us or by a third-party authenticator such as Beckett or PSA/DNA, and the number on it is what you use to verify the piece in the official database.
