Return Policy

Return period: You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us if you wish to return it. This is your legal right within the EU.

Condition: The shirt (and any included items) must be unused and in its original condition. Of course, you may try it on, but please don’t wear it.

Framed & personalized items: Shirts that have been custom-framed or personalized with a name or special message (for example, a specific dedication) cannot be returned. These are made especially for you.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend always using a tracked shipment and keeping your proof of postage.
How to Return Your Item

Notify us: Email us at info@iconicshirts.com or fill in our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and let us know which item you want to return.

Receive instructions: We’ll send you the return address and step-by-step instructions.

Pack carefully: Please pack the shirt securely, preferably in the original packaging, to avoid damage during return shipping.

Ship your return: Send the parcel (with tracking) to the provided address. Keep your proof of shipment until your return is processed.
Refunds
- Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund your purchase as soon as possible, and at the latest within 7 working days.
- If the item is returned damaged or used, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to cover the loss in value.
Exceptions & Special Cases

International returns: Orders from outside the EU can also be returned under the same conditions. Please note: custom-framed shirts cannot be returned.

Damaged on arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and the item right away, and contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.
