Shipping & Delivery

At Iconic Shirts, we do everything we can to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and exactly as you expect, wherever you are in the world. 

We keep our own stock, which means we can usually ship loose shirts and shirts that are already framed within one working day. If you choose to have your shirt custom framed, please allow a few extra working days for us to prepare your order with care.

DELIVERY TIME
For most countries, delivery takes just 1 to 3 business days, regardless of where you are located. We work with a wide range of carriers, so you can expect fast and reliable shipping across Europe and beyond.

During checkout, you can select the shipping company that best suits your needs—whether that’s PostNL, DHL, UPS, DPD, or another option. Some carriers are more affordable, others are faster, and some are simply the most reliable for your specific country. The choice is yours, so you decide what matters most for your delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS
Loose shirts: €5–15, depending on your location and the carrier you choose.
Framed shirts: €15–75, depending on your location, the carrier, and the size/weight of the frame.

All shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We pack all orders with care. Loose shirts are shipped in protective packaging to keep them safe during transit. Framed shirts receive extra attention, with sturdy boxes, corner protectors, and inflatable plastic to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address, or choose a convenient alternative, such as a parcel point, office delivery, or a later delivery time, so your shirt arrives safely in your hands.

Customs & Import Duties
EU countries: VAT is included in your purchase price. No additional customs fees apply. Non-EU countries: VAT is not included. You may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are your responsibility.

CUSTOM FRAMING ORDERS
If you opt for a custom frame, please note that it may take a few extra working days to prepare your shirt before shipping. We’ll always keep you informed about the expected dispatch date.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the item. We will work with you to find a suitable solution. If your package is lost in transit, let us know and we’ll help investigate with the courier.
