At Iconic Shirts, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely and securely, wherever you are in the world.

We keep our products in stock and aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 1 business day. If your order requires professional framing, please allow a few additional working days for us to prepare your shirt with care.

DELIVERY TIME
We ship worldwide from the Netherlands using trusted carriers including Geopost, DPD, PostNL and UPS.

The carrier is selected by us based on the destination, parcel type and available shipping service, so we can choose the most suitable option for your order. Delivery times depend on the destination. Shipments to nearby European countries can arrive as quickly as the next business day, while destinations further away may take several business days.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your shipment.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer fixed shipping rates based on the destination country. This means you’ll know exactly what shipping costs before completing your purchase. The applicable shipping rate is automatically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout. There are no unexpected shipping charges added after you place your order.

SAFE & SECURE PACKAGING
Every order is carefully packed for transport. Loose shirts are shipped in protective packaging to keep them safe during transit. Professionally framed shirts receive additional protection and are packed in sturdy packaging designed specifically for safely transporting larger and more fragile items.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For orders delivered within the European Union, applicable VAT is included and there are normally no additional import duties upon delivery. For destinations outside the EU, customs procedures, import duties and taxes may vary depending on the destination country. Any applicable charges or arrangements will depend on the shipping method and local customs regulations.

FRAMING ORDERS
If you select one of our framing options, your shirt will be prepared especially for your order. Once your order is ready and shipped, you’ll automatically receive your tracking information by email.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of both the packaging and the item. If your shipment appears to be lost or has stopped moving in transit, please contact us. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and work with you to find a suitable solution.
